A combination of high quality materials, such as precision veneered and styled MDF shelves, toughened safety glass, large diameter steel supports and Alphason’s tension rod clamping design provide an assurance of rigidity with elegance.  To further contribute to the overall sound performance of hi-fi on the A5 support the recessed glass shelves are supported on nickel plated brass cones.

Optimum Furniture Range

Optimum is devoted to manufacturing highly original and desireable HiFi, mini-HiFi, TV and AV support systems. All ranges are modular (11 different support strut sizes!) enabling varying sized shelves, which can also be added or removed during a system upgrade.
All ranges use toughened, polished safety glass fitted with brass fitting and prolypropylene support pads to isolate components and maximise sound quality. Several wood, steel and polished steel finishes are available. .

The Apex Series

Apex series sports a unique design with central column precision engineered to the highest standard and floating effect shelves. Pivoting screen mounting assembly gives 90° of swivel action to ensure the ideal viewing angle.
Central supporting column also serves as cable management facility, providing sufficient space to conceal the cables from both the screen and associated AV equipment. There is also room for 4-way extension lead .
